About

Mist Lab started as a group chat between three friends who kept sending each other screenshots of games they found on long train rides. At some point we realised nobody was writing about offline games in a way that felt real, so we made a small site and never stopped.

We play everything ourselves. Nobody on the team writes about a game they haven't opened, closed in frustration, opened again, and finally finished. That's the whole rule.

We pick titles based on one simple test: does it still work when the signal drops? If a game demands a constant connection just to load a menu, it doesn't belong here. We look for things that respect your battery, your storage, and your time.

Everything you read is our own opinion. We don't take payment to like something, and if a game is dull we say so plainly.
